Brig. Gen. Mohammad Baqerzadeh, who has headed the search for the remains of the war dead for many years, says that searches inside Iraq are often hindered because of terrorist threats inside Iraq. He said some regions of country haven’t even been searched at all because of that. The war ended 25 years ago last month.
