German prosecutors announced last week that espionage charges have been filed against two Iranian men accused of spying on the Mojahedin-e Khalq in Germany. The prosecutor said Maysam P., 31, and Saeed R., 33, had been dispatched to gather information on members and activities of the group in Germany and other European countries. They said Maysam had started spying by January 2013 and Saeed by August 2014.
