Turkey has been halted. Both Turkey and Iran announced that the first two interruptions—each of about 10 days—were caused by explosions on the pipeline, presumably conducted by the rebel Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) in Turkey. The latest interruption was said to be for needed repairs.
