of congratulations to Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko on his re-election with 80 percent of the votes.  The election was rated as badly flawed by European observers.  Lukashenko is often referred to as Europe’s last dictator.  Belarus is the Islamic Republic’s only real friend in Europe.
