The Fars news agency, for the umpteenth time, has said Syrian forces have discovered a cache of American arms in Syria sent to support the Islamic State. The Obama Administration several years ago gave arms to various moderate rebel groups, but stopped the deliveries when it found many of the weapons being sold or given to Islamic State.
