The competition is open to both Iranians and non-Iranians and to both amateurs and professionals. The only requirement is that the entries celebrate the Iranian heritage through film, video or animation.
The foundation says its goal is to provide a forum for people to use their creativity and talent to spark greater interest in Iranian culture.
“We welcome participants to submit works that visualize some aspect of Iranian arts, crafts, cuisine, culture, geography and history,” the foundation said.
The submission period is now open and continues through February 1.
