After almost two months of complaining that Egypt would not allow Iran to send humanitarian relief to the people of Gaza, an Iranian cargo plane flew off to Cairo loaded with such aid plus three physicians and three nurses that Egypt has given visas allowing them to go to the Gaza Strip.
