Egypt has just signed a contract with Russia under which Russia will build four 1,200-megawatt nuclear plants for $20 billion. Iran just signed a deal a few weeks ago for Russia to build 2,000 megawatts of nuclear plants for $11 billion. That means the Egyptians are paying a quarter less per megawatt.
