The Israeli daily Haaretz said its sources in Russia said the five had all worked on the design and construction of the nuclear power plant at Bushehr back in the 1990s. Russian Ambassador to Iran Aleksandr Sadovnikov denied the five had anything to do with Bushehr. At any rate, the five dealt with reactor design and construction. Bushehr is beyond those stages now with just the final testing phase remaining.
