Clinton says sanctions do job:

Speaking on an Arabic television program hosted by three women—sort of an Arab version of The View—Clinton told the Arab listenership, “The most recent analysis is that the sanctions have been working.  They have made it much more difficult for Iran to pursue its nuclear ambitions.  Their program, from our best estimate, has been slowed down.  So, we have time—but not a lot of time.”  She only mentioned sanctions as slowing the Iranian program.  She said nothing about the assassinations of nuclear scientists, or about the Stuxnet worm and other sabotage.
