The Iranian auto industry keeps grinding out cars—but it also keeps failing to pay its suppliers for auto parts. The Financial Tribune quotes a member of the Iran Auto Parts Makers Association as saying the automakers debt to its parts makers has risen to a new high of 450 trillion rials ($1.5 billion).
