The Majlis is almost giddily scheduling visits by parliamentarians from other countries. But it is keeping one parliament at arm’s length. No Canadian MPs are welcome until Canada extends an apology for its behavior, according to Deputy Mohammad-Hassan Asafari (photo). He said, “We won’t allow them to travel to Iran due to their ugly and improper acts against our diplomats, the Iranian embassy, our assets and the Iranians students and immigrants in Canada last year.”
