Bombs away

 week that the United States was on the verge of attacking Iran.  It said it had found a U.S. Navy contract on the Internet for shipping hundreds of bunker-buster bombs to Diego Garcia, a tiny island in the Indian Ocean that houses an American air base.  Of course, if the shipment of weapons was proof that a war decision had been made then there would have been a thousand American wars in the last decade.  Deep in the story, the Sunday Herald conceded that it was only the military making the decision to stock the weapons and that it would still remain for President Obama to make any actual decision for war.
