Police in Tanzania are holding eight Iranians and four Pakistanis on charges of trying to smuggle 201 kilos—a huge volume—of heroin into the country. They were arrested at sea in the middle of the night while trying to sail from Zanzibar, a semi-independent island, to the mainland port of Dar es-Salaam.
