Saeed Mortazavi (photo), the former Tehran prosecutor, has been ordered back to court to respond to a new complaint filed by Abdol-Hossain Ruh-ol-Amini, the father of one of the young men who died in the Kahrizak detention Center after being sent there by Mortazavi during the post-election protests in 2009. Ali-Akbar Heydarifar, who was convicted along with Mortazavi for falsifying the records of what they did, told ISNA he and Mortazavi had been summoned back to court. Heydarifar said the charge was frivolous because the court had already found the pair innocent of involvement in murder. The two men were banned from Judiciary jobs for life and from holding any public position for five years.
