Austrians fly back:

in Tehran.  The Islamic Republic has been threatening to stop fuel service to planes from countries where private firms won’t sell Iran jet fuel.  But now Austrian Air will resume flights August 22.  “There were talks,” an Austrian Airlines spokesman said last week.  “The supply of fuel is assured again so we can fly again.”  Other airlines, such as Lufthansa, have responded to the fuel issue by flying into Tehran in large aircraft that can carry enough fuel for the return leg as well.  That is what Iran Air recently said it is doing.
