This photo shows an Iranian missile (center) exploding a year ago at the Ain Al-Asad Air Base in Iraq used by US troops. At the upper left is another missile coming in. The photo was taken by a US drone sent up to monitor the attack that the US knew was on its way. It has been revealed that the US knew Iran was buying commercial satellite photos of the base to use in targeting and waited until it had received its last photo of the day before flying all US planes out of the airport.
