India, never expected to go far as by far the lowest rated team in the finals, did not disappoint. Not only did it lose all three games, but it could only score three goals while giving up a whopping 13. It was the competition punching bag.
Iran is the sole team with the opportunity to win all three games. The others advanced with at best two wins and a draw, viz., Uzbekistan, Japan, Jordan, Australia and South Korea.
