Prosecutors have filed another charge against Houshang Kazemi (photo), the 71-year-old Iranian-Canadian accused of trying to sneak all the components of a bomb except for the explosive onto a flight from Montreal to Los Angeles last month. The new charge is the most serious of the four charges now filed and carries a 14-year maximum sentence. The charge accuses him of placing or attempting to place an object on a plane likely to endanger the aircraft or safety of the passengers.
