Another Amputation

Another convicted thief has had four fingers amputated after being convicted of stealing five sheep from a farm owned by a member of the Pasdaran. The DC-based Abdorrahman Boroumand Center for Human Rights in Iran says it has collected reports of 356 sentences of amputations for thievery since the 1979 revolution, though it believes there have been many more instances.
