Foreign Minister Moham-mad-Javad Zarif (photo) announced Sunday that Iran will file suit against the United States in the international Court of Justice “within the next few days.” The suit will lay claim to the $1.75 billion in US bonds owned by the Central Bank of Iran that Washington has seized to turn over to American”“victims of terrorism.”
