Police in Papua New Guinea announced they have arrested one of the two men accused of killing Iranian national Reza Barati (photo) on Manus Island February 17 of last year. The police said they had seized the phone records of Joshua Kaluvia and found text messages in which he “partially admitted” to killing Barati by hitting him with stones. Barati was a refugee confined to Manus by Australia after being caught on a boat trying to enter Australia illegally.
