Fars says aliens running America

January 17-2014

ET . . . call home

Iranian news agencies scour the Internet looking for stories they can use to portray the United States as evil and incompetent.  The Fars news agency may have hit a new high (or low) Sunday with a story it picked up from a website that describes the White House running an alien takeover of the world.

The English service of Fars wrote a one-paragraph opening and then picked up the text taken from a website called whatdoesitmean.com.  The text often stumbled into confused and gibberish-laden English, which Fars ran in toto.

The Fars-written introduction said:  “Former National Security Agency (NSA) contractor Edward Snowden revealed documents providing incontrovertible proof that an alien/extraterrestrial intelligence agenda is driving US domestic and international policy, and has been doing so since at least 1945, some media reports said.”

The website article that Fars picked up, however, attributed the information to a report by the Federal Security Services (FSB), which it failed to identify.  FSB is the Russian government’s domestic intelligence and police agency, roughly equivalent to the American FBI.

Fars included the website’s identification of Snowden as an “American ex-patriot,” presumably meaning “expatriate.”

The website asserted that the FSB report stated that Snowden himself said he was stealing classified documents from the US National Security Agency to prove that that there “were actually two governments in the US, the one that was elected, and the other, secret regime, governing in the dark.”  He has not said any such thing.

Fars carries a paragraph that says:  “Of the many explosive revelations in this FSB report, the one most concerning to Russian authorities are the Snowden’s documents confirming” that one band of extraterrestrials on earth “are the same extraterrestrial alien race behind the stunning rise of Nazi Germany during the 1930’s.”

Fars continues:  “In just one example of the many outlined in this FSB report, it shows that with this ‘alien assistance,’ at the end of the 1930’s, when Nazi Germany possessed just 57 submarines, over the four years of World War II it built 1,163 modern technologically advanced submarines at its dockyards and even put them into operation.”

The story goes on to say that in 1954 these extra-terrestrials met with US President Dwight D. Eisenhower and established the “secret regime currently ruling over America” and now headed by Barack Obama.

Fars says this FSB report warns that the agenda of the aliens ruling the United States calls for the creation of a global electronic surveillance system meant to hide all true information about their presence on earth “as they enter into what one of Snowden’s documents calls the ‘final phase’ of their end plan for total assimilation and world rule.”

The Fars story does not raise any questions about this story and presents it all as fact.

A few years ago, Fars picked up and presented as fact a satirical news story from the US humor weekly Onion that reported on a mythical poll saying more Americans would prefer to have a beer with President Ahmadi-nejad than with President Obama.  There was one problem with that story that Fars found objectionable, so it changed “beer” to “drink.”
