Oil Minister Bijan Namdar-Zanganeh said last Thursday that he has put an emphasis on completing Phases 12, 15, 16, 17 and 18 of the South Pars gasfield development. He was silent on the remaining 10 phases. His predecessor, Rostam Qasemi, recently said all 28 phases would be commissioned by 2015, which few analysts believe possible.
