Lebanon’s annual dues to the UN tribunal that has indicted four Hezbollah members for murdering Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri in 2005. Hezbollah wants Lebanon to cut off relations with the tribunal and that was understood to be the main reason it pushed Mikati for the prime ministry.
