President Raisi has appointed Pasdar Brig. Gen. Mohammad-Hassan Nami (photo) as new head of the Crisis Management Organization. While he was Iran’s ambassador to North Korea, he said he obtained a doctorate in state administration from Kim Il Sung University. Later he headed Iran’s Geographical Organization, where he announced, “There are two layers in the earth. They have discovered that one of the layers is the best means of transmitting data, audio and video. When Iman-e Zaman [the 12th Imam of Shia Islam] re-appears, his voice and image will be transmitted to the whole planet through this layer.”
