Iraq has received yet another waiver from US sanctions, good for another 120 days, allowing it to continue buying Iranian gas and electricity. The waivers are expected to continue indefinitely since Iraq is probably several years away from being able to produce enough gas to generate enough electricity to do without help from Iran.
