Unwanted in Canada

Former Health Minister Hassan Qazizadeh has been spotted and photographed walking in downtown Montreal.  That prompted Canadian Immigration Minister Marc Miller to announce that Canada will not grant him temporary residency though Miller didn’t say that Qazizadeh had applied for any residency.
